These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by Technologies Aurealis Inc. ("Aurealis," "we," "us," or "our"), including all mobile applications published by Aurealis and the website aurealis.live.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our applications offer subscription-based services. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our applications — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software — are the exclusive property of Technologies Aurealis Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Content

If our applications allow you to submit content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Aurealis a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technologies Aurealis Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
